Lilia Kenzhebayeva was excellent. The consulate was going to take a fifth day to get our visas processed even though it was supposed to take 4 days, so Lilia called and had them process the visas on time personally went to the consulate to collect them and then dropped them off with FedEx herself so we would have them in time for our trip. She kept in contact with us the whole time and they arrived the next morning. Excellent service. Thank her very much!
