The service is very good. The website for providing information needed for your application is relatively clear and straightforward. The process of submitting my information and the response from the visaHQ team all worked very well. My only difficulty in the process was, at one point, I called for customer service, and the rep who handled my call was rude. Otherwise, the experience was excellent.
