Uploading documents was a nightmare. I could not upload a copy of my tickets until my son converted the file to pdf -- but there were no instructions to this effect. The woman I spoke to by phone to manage the issue told me she didn't deal with e-visas...
You had to give me two refunds for applications that fell apart at the document upload stage.
I strongly suggest you a) bring document upload earlier in the process and b) have information on the site to detect when someone is having difficulty uploading and give appropriate advice
