I would like to leave this review in recognition of the excellent service I received through the VISA HQ office in Ottawa, Canada. In particular, I want to say that the dedication, hard work, and efforts of Peter Giesbrecht in the Ottawa office deserve to be commended. I had many visas to collect as my goal is to visit every country in the world. It just seemed that no matter how many times I emailed Peter with questions, he would never tire of answering them with utmost detail and professionalism. In fact he went out of his way to be helpful. His knowledge and expertise are remarkable and he was a tremendous support during my entire visa application process.
