I think I had to use the service for the Mongolia visa, that said Natalia knew exactly what was needed and made sure I didn’t waste time submitting my forms just before the Mongolian office went on annual leave and without a vital extra bit of paper, likely saved me a couple of weeks in my overall process as I got my Russian visa sorted in the meantime
