The web based form to be filled needs work because it didn't allow me a "save & quit" option so I could enter what I knew and cleanly go back later.
I ended up redoing stuff several times. Frustrating!
That said, the phone in customer service is excellent and Peter went the extra mile to help in expediting my Russia VISA.
I would definitely recommend your service.
