I was very worried about sending my personal information and passport off to strangers and was unsure of the timeline as I have never had to get a visa before. This was one of the most inexpensive options since I did not want to travel to San Francisco. It took just about a week to get my visa and I even paid for my own 3-day shipping to the office in San Francisco. I got updates about everything and the checklist and guidelines were very helpful to me because there are very specific instructions for Chinese Visa applications!
