I have been traveling internationally for work for over 20 years. VisaHQ has to have the worst customer service I have ever encountered from a visa service. I chose them based on so many glowing reviews but should not have chosen a company I had never heard of and wish I had stuck with one of the tried and true. So far it has been 2 weeks and although sometimes I may get an email reply, today I tried to chat and it has been over 5 hours - no response. My visa status shows a problem with my visa but it doesn't clarify what the issue is. The person who is supposed to be my case manager has an out of office reply that she will be back in March (but it's August!) She too never responded to my message from two weeks ago. They charged a TON of money ($59 processing fee PER visa and I am getting 2 visas). So far no updates, the website is useless in letting me know the status and I don't know who to contact.
