I was impressed by the clarity of their web site but was more impressed by their customer service. They responded immediately to questions sent by email and kept me informed each step of the way - upon receipt of the documents, when they were delivered to the consulate, when they expected approval, when approval was received and when the docs were sent back to me. That was very much appreciated since my passport was out of my hands.
