We normally deal directly with the respective country embassy/consulate for all visa requirements.
We decided to engage VisaHQ for visa application services.
We are pleased that we tried but won't be using or recommending VisaHQ in the future.
We deem the quality of the service as poor - do not respond in a timely manner nor provide any meaningful updates regarding the progress of a visa application.
