This was literally the worst service of my entire life. I spent hours of my time and thousands of my dollars and all of that was wasted because of VisaHQ. I had to cancel my trip because people at your company couldn't communicate with each other about a change in my itinerary, then when I spoke to someone about it, it took two days to get a response and there's still been no resolution.
Again, I've done a ton of work with many service companies and I have never once had a worse experience.
