Actually applied through Sydney. Site did not offer alternative to London/NY.
Application went smoothly and efficiently. Excellent timely response. Good communications re progress. However, visa was submitted on 15th and approved (according to document) on the same day. Had to phone on 21st to chase matter up, upon which documents issueing visa came as promised.
