Awesome service and communication. My timeline was short, but you helped me and kept me in the loop the whole way. Especially appreciate your customer service being available to answer all my questions and calls!!! The only improvement I would suggest (for people who get lost in a flood of email everyday), is to provide updates via text message at each step of the way.
