The overall experience was good … The "Tourist" portion of the drop down menu needs to be the default not the "Business/Work" - the cost was high for trips where more than one country stops requires the Visa - in the case of a New Zealand Visa, there are no documents required to be uploaded but there is no notice to indicate that so you are left wondering what is required. Country identification requested needs to be explained that in fact, it is a Passport number they require (New Zealand again). Staff response was good.
