Not sure what benefit VISA HQ adds to the process. Would be quicker applying directly to the embassy.
Paying €150 for a service that can't tell me the status of the order, nor communicate accurately when the VISA will be ready is not good.
Had to wait 2.5 weeks for VISA, and still not here, so had to send staff member 220km to collect Passports in person as we fly tomorrow.
