Having used another heavily advertised agency and paid top dollar for concierge service they failed miserably I didn’t have high hopes for visa hq.
But to my surprise they came through with the goods, kept in touch did what was needed at a very good price. Hey are also persistent with slow moving embassies.
I will definitely use this company as my preferred option in future. No question about it
