I have never seen any organization/person irresponsible when it comes to Visa for an Individual for a country where the norms are changing every now and then. The service provided was seriously bad, i can not explain the gravity of it. No follow ups, no information and seriously no communication.
If I have to do everything by myslef, i wonder why I paid so much money to the organization.
