I applied for a one-year tourist visa to Russia. VisaHQ personnel contacted me to inform that they would only be able to get me a one-month tourist visa for my visit.
One-month tourist visa consts Rs.7680 less than the one-year visa. When I asked their personnel about the refund, they ignored my emails at first. They later informed me that they will only refund Rs.5000.
