I am extremely disappointed by the services of VisaHQ. I applied for a visa to the U.S. some guy named Faizal was alloted to me for processing VISA.
Visa already arrived at the office but Faizal told us that it didn't come.
When we went to the office to enquire, we came to know that the visa arrived 2 days back only.
Because of his negligence we missed our flight.
Never apply for visa using VisaHQ in an emergency. They will take you for granted and in return, you will end up missing your flight.
