The experience would have been "VERY GOOD" if only you would not make me fill out endless pages and questions JUST TO COLLECT INFORMATION on me. As I found out NONE of those questions/answers will ever get sent to the embassy I was applying to and they don't require it. So shame on you for pretending to need all that information from me. Very unprofessional and feels very much like an invasion of privacy. I should check if it is even aligned legally.
The rest of the process was good and the agents I dealt with were great.
