- no info regarding the wrong picture (I had to do the new one on a day of my appointment)
- no info regarding changes in fees policy (from 02.02.20 - exactly the day of my appointment; I’ve wasted almost two hours during my working time due to lack of communication to me)
- no info regarding the payment in the visa center
- no follow ups
From the good point is only:
- an appointment been booked for me
So I really do not understand what did I pay for. In that case of really bad experience I would like to get a refund. As the only service I got, was a booking of appointment. Which I guess I could do by myself.
