I used Visa HQ for myself and 3 family members to obtain Chinese visas. All were submitted separately. Communication was excellent, and we knew all along the way where our applications were, and what we could expect and when. We received our applications in a very timely manner (probably two weeks start to finish average), and couldn't have been more pleased with the results. I will definitely use them again for any future needs.
