I’ve never had such a terrible time with visaHQ. I’ve been two months trying to get a visa to Russia and a passport finally got it and now it’s at Fed ex in the truck I expressly told Victoria do not let them delivered to my address hold it at the office so now I’ll be chasing my visa for another three or four days trying to get it out of the Fed ex system. FedEx is very incompetent in my neighborhood and I’m not home to sign. If you want to improve your service .
