My husband and I need visas for an upcoming trip. I had searched several websites, all of which were confusing and none of which disclosed the fees. Costco suggested we try VisaHQ and it was a great experience. Only minor problem was a mistake on my part. After completing the application for my eVisa, the site prompted "new application". I should have realized that was if I needed another visa for a different country. I started to fill out the information for my husband and included my credit card information before I realized my mistake. Since I hadn’t uploaded another photo or passport page, I stopped and logged off so the application was incomplete. After starting over, I was able to complete my husband’s application. I contacted VisaHQ and left a voicemail message but also started a telephone chat to resolve the problem. Within a short time, I received a call back from customer service and the mistaken charge was credited to my account. We received our eVisas the next day. Terrific experience.
