You were efficient and informative but sometimes the communication was difficult in terms of timing but also more to do with perhaps the difference of accents when on the phone. The telephone line was a bit hazy and the women I spoke to had an accent I wasn’t very familiar with but other than that she did a great job in getting everything I needed done.
