It's completely unthinkable that a website that is supposed to give information to international travellers is not translated at least in English, if not in all the languages spoken in the country where it's available. For example, I'm a French citizen, resident of Belgium, and because of that, when I do a search on visahq.fr, I'm redirected to visahq.be. But for some reason, visahq.be assumes that I speak Dutch, even though half of the country speaks French, and a small minority even speaks German. Nowhere is it possible to switch to another national language, or at least to English. And the best part is, when I contacted their customer support about this, I was answered that all I had to do was to ask my browser to translate the page for me, which is hilarious because first, this feature is only available in some browsers (Chrome but not Firefox) and second of all because when I tried to translate the home page into French, Chrome translated "Iran" (the country) into "j'ai couru" ("I ran"). I regularly use this website because I'm a full time traveler, and I often need that kind of information, and it's the first time I say something about that limitation. But given the customer support answer, I have to speak up.
