Pam the Admin was extremely helpful and explained what was involved from the first lesson right through to the test and although she doesn't work weekends she went out of her way to keep me informed when lessons had to be cancelled and rebooked due to very bad weather, the instructors where professional, patient, knowledgeable and top blokes. Needless to say I passed my mod 1 & mod 2 on the first try and that is down to listening and taking on board the instructions from Paul and John and advice from Pam.
