Horrible company. Do not book with them. I booked a trip for October 2021 for Galápagos Islands. They took my deposit of $1410.00. Now they just told me the trip was canceled (no real explanation just that it was because the boat was undergoing “maintenance”) after I just days before confirmed where I should fly into and purchased my airline tickets. I requested a refund of my deposit and they claim they will get it back to me in 2022 - which was not in the agreement or fine print anywhere.
Now I arguing with them to return my money
