I worked with Vista Logos in 2021 for a new company logo design. It tooks months to get what I had in mind, and I literally sent drawings of what I wanted. I finally got the design I wanted, but once I approved it I was told I had to pay an additional $500 to buy the rights to use the logo. Why wasn't I told this beforehand. Now, 2 years later they are calling me harassing me about an additional fee to "protect" my logo. When I told the person that I wasn't going to do that at this time he was extremely rude and called me a careless client that didn't care to protect my intellectual assets. Would NEVER use again!
