“Received threatening texts from Robert Abrahams, Head of Legal Affairs that they were filing a $75K lawsuit for not filing closure letters for a logo to get the IP closed from federal office records. Then he demanded $1020 for them to process the paperwork and then demanded $1050. He said it was illegal for them to provide the information from USPTO and IDme that he claimed had been filed. He said I could only that if I paid the $1050 in 24 to 48 hours. He stated that any attorney I hired to verify what he was talking about wouldn't be smart enough to fight them and the States Attorney. He then demanded the $1050 or he would file the lawsuit.”

“They stole 7.5k+ from me. Chris the owner/designer. Promised me the word then could not even deliver trademarks in the USA. He begged for more money then when in said I can not pay you any further he deleted my content from my website and is trying to sue me amd is trying to resale my .net at auction. They scamed me for over 7k. Do not fall for there games. They tell you one thing then never do it. I bought 2 website, 1 app. The website does not work. It won't send appointments or messages which were the 2 basic features I requested. Chris Lee promised a unlimited page website with unlimited redesigns and hosting for life with trade mark and copywriter of my logo... After I paid the 5k in increments the website launched. Not working with no features I requested. Then 1 year later he and his team pressure me telling me I need to pay 2k to cover more trade mark cost. Plus another 2k to become pci complaint. Or eles he is seeing me for 100,000k... This is after he said my site was paid for. I gave him 2 other chances during this time. I gave him 2k for a app that was never developed. 600.00 was also given to make a second website that never even got past designs. He just ran with the money...”

“Scam company. I paid $35 for some mock ups 4 years ago. There were all absolutely horrible and I never used any of them. They have contacted me relentlessly since threatening lawsuits that would start at $75,000.”

“Scammers through and through. Three years after getting my logo they are trying to sue for copyright infringement. They take advantage of you or your small business’ lack of knowledge with copyright. They demand more money or will sue if you don’t meet their “new terms””

“I got a logo created for personal use about 4 years ago. i decided to not apply for copyrights or trademarks as the image was not going to be utilized anywhere. My theory is that the company themselves got hacked and they are using the information they had on file to scam us. I am getting harassed by the same person mentioned below. not only are they just annoying but the person is rude. The whole thing felt fishy so i pushed back and they sent me some BS contract that had no signature or even my last name. Any legal contract needs a first and last name at minimum. So that was odd and when i called to speak to Robert he sent me his paralegal. it went nowhere and i kept pushing back. they asked me for $$1499 to close the IP ( not small fee). mind you, it was never opened to be closed. the more questions i asked the more nasty he was. They are trying to scare us into paying and they are relentless. Do not pay them a dime. Also. i'm no lawyer but i don't think texting is a valid legal way to have these conversations. i will be surprised if i ever receive any legal documentation in this regard. May the odds be in your favor.”

“They are a scam try to come back later saying they are going to sue you, and try to scare you when I never once agreed on anything that they are saying DO NOT USE COMPANY also there logo sucked I never used it”

“Got a text today saying to remove a Vista Logo, threatening legal action-- I have no idea what they are even talking about. lol They did not submit a photo of the logo they are referring to. I went to their website that I didn't even recognize---and there is no sign-in that I could see to see if I had used them many years ago. In the text I was threatened about the Vista Logo--crazy. What a scam they are pulling on people.”

“Scam Scam Scam!!!!! First, this company issued me two sets of logos, they are plagiarized from the Internet. I called them on both instances and then they gave me my final product. It is now 4 to 5 years later, and I just got the text message that they’re going to sue me. This company needs to be investigated and shut down their practices and extortion. When they sent me the text message, I laughed at it and told them that I caught them plagiarizing logos, so why are they sending me information regarding something that they should be guilty of daily.”

“This is a scam company. They took our money then showed us bunch of logos poached from the internet saying they created them for us. Now they keep spamming us with SMS messages demanding payment because they claim we are using their ripped off logos which we are not. They keep saying weird things like "We will report you to the federal authorities and you will be in big trouble!" Give me a BREAK!”

“Been texting me for months. Threatening that they are filing a lawsuit and it will start at $75,000. Claiming I'm violating my own copyright. First there was never a copyright. Second how can I infringe on my own copyright and finally where is the petition? Nothing was filed. They have no standing to sue anyway. Its just a nuisance. If there is an attorney behind all of this they should be disbarred.”

“Same experience. Same threatening texts. They did a logo for me. I paid $250. They then started calling me several times a day to get a payment to incorporate, file trademark stuff, etc.. I informed them that we were not to that point yet and to please stop calling and texting. We never used it. We wound up abandoning the whole biz concept and notified them of that. Then the threatening texts started coming.. In a few days I'm supposed to be receiving the lawsuit. In my last text I sent him, I asked him why he can't get a real job. An ethical job? I informed him that I have a bit of extra time and I'm looking forward to F****** with them. This guys name is Robert Abrahams, Head of Legal Affairs Crickets since then.”

“Horrible! They will make a terrible logo and even if you choose NOT to use it they will threaten you with a lawsuit saying you must file a notice that you're not using the logo! It's totally insane. And, they are relentless - they'll never stop calling and texting you. RUN - do not walk away from this SCAM company! Where is the US Attorney General when we need him?! I'm ready to file a harassment suit on them!”

“This company is a complete scam. I bought a logo from them. Then they want to turn around a convince me that they can some how sue me for the copyright’s of using my own companies name if I continue to use the logo I paid for. Try it if you want to. I think they try target LLC’s. We have a team of attorneys ready. They will text you simply laws in which they think applies. When text back to stop texting the person called. I asked for a cease and desist.”

“Many Months ago I paid them to provide logo concepts, and ended up going with another companies logo. Since then, they have berated me with calls and lawsuit threats naming dozens of arbitrary state rules that I allegedly violated by not paying them extra to get the logo I never proceeded with trademarked. I would never use them again in my life, and wish I never found their site in the first place.”

“I drew up a logo for my company 4 years ago and paid the company to finalize it, I have the records. I received phone call saying the same as others my application needs closure fletcher I asked that documentation of what they're speaking of needs to be provided and I received nothing. I told them to call me in the a.m. to further explain what is going on with my legal advisor on the call and they agreed. The next morning no one calls but around 2p.m I start receiving calls from them while I am in rehearsal. They then begin texting me stating that this is the last day to fix this although I was notified less than 24 hours prior.and I state that I can and won't be answering my phone outside of the designated time when all parties are available. Bryan then tells me he isn't liable to talk to my legal advisor etc etc although it was agreed upon. And the the threats start he messes up when he says that I should've fixed this 4 years ago butt 4 yrs ago is when I initially created it and the paperwork shows that it is indeed mine. So after seeing it was going no where I sent an all cap message revoking the use of text messages as a point of contact for Vista logo and it's affiliated. Any message after that is eligible for a fine of 1000.00 each in the state of Florida. They stopped texting”

“Just like all the other reviewers here, I too get threatening messages saying that "I have to request a closure letter." No I don't lol. I'm not even using the logo anymore and not even sure I still have it. This company is trying to scam us all. They've got nothing. I am 100% down to start a class action lawsuit with all of the other people being harassed by these idiots.”
