Many Months ago I paid them to provide logo concepts, and ended up going with another companies logo. Since then, they have berated me with calls and lawsuit threats naming dozens of arbitrary state rules that I allegedly violated by not paying them extra to get the logo I never proceeded with trademarked. I would never use them again in my life, and wish I never found their site in the first place.
