“Ugh. I have already posted a review and complaint. I have blocked all numbers. But posting another review bc Now I’m getting threatening text.
I cannot believe I feel like I need to stop using the logo I paid them to do just bc I’m scared and tired of their harassments. I have never dealt with this and so embarrassed that I didn’t look them up before ever using them.
Has anyone ever experienced them trying to sue you. This is so crazy they are still doing this to people !”
“Has anyone actually had to deal with legal consequences from these guys? They told me I have 10 minutes (end of day) to give them $1001 or face a legal suit of $45,000.”
“These people are continuously scamming. Now, they are contacting me saying that I should stop using a logo that they created for me and that I paid for by saying that it is intellectual property that belongs to them. That's BS, but what's funny is that I had already registered it with the USPTO. In the meantime, beware of these devils. I stopped dealing with them a year ago and they still don't know when to quit.”
“The company provided me with a logo for my fledgling business; I used said logo for about a year and then received a random text message announcing that I had to remove all usage of my logo, my 'time' so to speak, was up for using it. While purchasing my logo no one informed me that it was time based to begin with; either way I proceeded to take down the images and the next day received a threatening almsot 'loan-shark-esque' text saying. 'If you choose not to respond, we will report you to the state office with negative remarks and you will be in trouble...you dont want that do you?'...somewhat paraphrasing here, go with it. Anywho, thanks for the unnecessary harassment VistaFail.”
“The worst job. Paid for logo only to be threatened by him that after a year I could not use my logo that he said he patented . He also said he was an IP Paralegal and he is not. I am redoing my logo because it was cheap imagery anyway. Do not use him. He did not even have my right address.”
“Same story. They threaten to sue me. I asked for their legal name and address, state of incorporation and the name of the legal representative. The vanish after that. It is a soft, low level scam.”
“Just like everyone else here. Got the call, demanded I pay or they would sue me. I told them I needed to talk to my lawyer and they said that if I didn't pay them now or agree to pay now they would take that as a sign that I was rejecting their offer. Also, reviewed the 5 Star rating below and it's pretty obvious they are using some sort of AI Bot to create the reviews. Each positive review is saying the same thing just using a thesaurus to change a work here or there. And in some cases, the exact same words to close their review.”
“Same problem as others. They keep telling me they are going to have me sued for infringement. I got my own trademark and copyright yet they are still messaging me. saying I cannot use my logo. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!”
“I've had the same experience as everyone else in the thread below. Some ************************* guy is calling saying my rights to a basic logo are expired and I need to pay $799 or else I am going to be prosecuted for infringement under US Federal Law. They will not send proof of ANYTHING that we agreed upon when I engaged them in 2021. They wouldnt even send us our original invoice. They said an IP Lawyer from the Feds will be reaching out to us to *** us. He said multiple times, if we dont pay then they are going to send a recorded transcription to the IP Lawyer for us to handle and we will be at stake for a 75k legal fee - this is EXTORTION. NEVER EVER hire these scammers. BBB needs to investigate and eliminate all of their online presence as this is NOT an actual business.”

“NEVER, never use them!! I paid them for a logo and paid additionally to have them copyright it. Like many others here and on the BBB, they have now harassed me for the past year demanding more money to renew or close the copyright. The calls and text messages are threatening a $75,000 legal fee if I don't comply. Please find another company to work with and don't put yourself through constant demands for additional money.”
