I'm encountering a similar situation with the same company. They initially provided me with a logo for my business, which I never ended up using as my business never materialized. However, I recently received a random text message and phone calls demanding that I cease all usage of the logo. Additionally, I was threatened with a lawsuit if I failed to comply. I ask to send me email of all their claims, they never did.
