Multiple attempts at refund. Site won't allow me to find the order to do it myself. Three emails, 6 calls (in queue) no live person. Call back was 5 hours later late evening. No chat (only spirals). In past only use when there is a coupon. Even then, an unused coupon was deemed used. HORRIBLE!
