Vitacost used to be my favorite online store. I will no longer order from them. I tried to order some pet supplements and they sent items in place of the supplements that had nothing to do with what I ordered. When I tried to have them correct it they said they couldn’t and that I would have to reorder. I tried again and the same thing happened. They don’t even try to do the right thing.
