Years ago, this was a great company, but since then, steadily downhill. I placed an order with them which was supposedly damaged in transit and then the replacement order was also damaged in transit. How is it possible that both orders could be damaged in transit? And then they offer nothing to make it up. Just go ahead and place the order online again, seriously? A third time? Not to mention all the time wasted.
