I have been a customer w/ Vitacost since 2018 and NEVER had an issue with shipments. Shipments used to be very good and speedy. I placed an order on 9.23.24 and it never arrived. The package was returned to Vitacost. So, I asked Vita to resend the order which again NEVER arrived. I rec'd refunds for the first 2 orders. My latest order of 12/31/24 also never arrived. I called Vitacost customer service several times and was promised the order. I contacted the delivery company, Ontrac, with NO response whatsoever from them. Today 1.10.25 , I requested a refund from Vitacost which I do not know if I will get. Vitacost said it would be done but I have no faith. I AM NO LONGER A CUSTOMER.
