I received a confirmation email after I ordered and then I waited and never heard anything. I finally called and they said my order was cancelled due to some kind of delay. I NEVER received an email stating that my order was cancelled. I called and they said that I had to reorder - I asked if they could wave the shipping and ship it faster and they said "NO." This is absolutely wrong and very unprofessional. I was told I would get an email that my order was cancelled and I've never received one. This is very unprofessional - the customer service person was very unempathetic and sounded more like a robot without caring, understanding or offering anything to get me my product which I had been counting on. I decided to just order from Amazon.
