If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a cardigan from this company in 23rd January. They informed me it wouldn’t be delivered until 28th February. I have emailed them again to be told it will now be 12th March. I asked for a refund as I wasn’t willing to wait any longer and I’ve been told that once the garment is ordered, it goes into the dispatch system and it can’t be reversed, contradictory the initial excuse that there is a delay in dispatch. I wish I’d read the reviews online before giving my money to these crooks.
