“I had to email Customer service several times asking when my purchase would arrive. Usually 8-10 week delivery time when they said 5-7 days shipping time. The sizing is very inconsistent. Sometimes I would even receive the wrong size. They said I was welcome to return the item however they do not do exchanges. I went to FedEx to return a top and it would have cost me around $160!! And DHL would have cost around $70. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!! I ordered a medium top and skirt on a final sale knowing I could have it altered to fit and didn’t want to worry about it being too small. The top was too big and I did have it altered. However, the skirt was the same size as an XS I had received in a previous order. Thank goodness the fabric was a knit and I could stretch it!!!!”

I had the worst expérience with this company. I ordered a jacket on october 10th, had to send en Email 2 weeks after Because I had no news from them. No reply until I reached out on Instagram. Then received an email on october 29th that my order had still not been shipped. Asked for a refund straight away then they told They world need to Check. Again no reply until I sent 2 other emails and had to reach out on Insta again.
They refused the refund request on november 10th saying that it had already been dispatched. I only received the shipping confirmation on the same day. Horrible way to treat people given their price range.”
