“Don not buy from here. They have a terrible returns policy, you only have 7 days to return items and they don’t offer returns for sale items. Returning items is also so expensive because the warehouse is in Dubai. They have an awful delivery service, package was so late, and customer service is so rude. Avoid at all costs. This company is in liquidation.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a cardigan from this company in 23rd January. They informed me it wouldn’t be delivered until 28th February. I have emailed them again to be told it will now be 12th March. I asked for a refund as I wasn’t willing to wait any longer and I’ve been told that once the garment is ordered, it goes into the dispatch system and it can’t be reversed, contradictory the initial excuse that there is a delay in dispatch. “Incredibly poor experience, both with the company and with customer service. Dress was delivered to the wrong house, and I didn't get it for almost ten days. When I went to return as soon as I could try it on, on a Monday after the 14-day return window closed on Sunday (again, only 3 days after I finally received the dress!) Vita Grace claimed that their "return window cannot reopen" and would not permit a return. Worst part is that the dress is not only SO ugly and cheap-looking, but it arrived with a stain on it. Gross! Cannot ever remember receiving customer service so poor, and would never, ever buy from this company again.”

Having to chase up emails with my issue due to being ignored a number of times by the MANAGER “James” and when he finally does reply (not very often) he is no help what so ever.
