“Don not buy from here. They have a terrible returns policy, you only have 7 days to return items and they don’t offer returns for sale items. Returning items is also so expensive because the warehouse is in Dubai. They have an awful delivery service, package was so late, and customer service is so rude. Avoid at all costs. This company is in liquidation.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a cardigan from this company in 23rd January. They informed me it wouldn’t be delivered until 28th February. I have emailed them again to be told it will now be 12th March. I asked for a refund as I wasn’t willing to wait any longer and I’ve been told that once the garment is ordered, it goes into the dispatch system and it can’t be reversed, contradictory the initial excuse that there is a delay in dispatch. I wish I’d read the reviews online before giving my money to these crooks.”
