My dad purchased my sisters christmas present from Vita Grace and as a family who dont have much money she was so looking forward to this. It still hasnt arrived and not been dispatched. The customer service is dreadful :( no one has responded to emails - it's just so horrible for people who have limited money, now my sister will have nothing to open on Christmas from my dad, its very sad. it was ordered months ago. Disgraceful. The reviews say it all.
