I found the commutation great, once I sent an email I would get a swift reply. Although when my document was complete and had left the office I was told that it was delivered to my friends apartment in JLT. This was not the case and I explained it and I was told numerous of times that it was at my friends apartment and that it was out of their control once it left the office. I myself then had to track it down on DHL call them and ask them where my certificate was delivered to, I then found out it was delivered to a total different address to the one I had given and I was reassured that it was at the right place. However after hunting it down myself the delivery was fast and effective.
