I feel the process could have been clearer and better informed. I did not see the request in the receipt for me to send my documentation and it was not clear as to the stages of the process and when the document would be received by my company. I think the attestation process should be outlined clearly. I also paid for a virtual copy of the attestation which I did not receive until following up for it via email.
