quite frankly I'm astonished that I am being asked to provide a review. I would not recommend Vital Certificates to anyone under any circumstances, whatsoever! The initial collection of my document was 4 days late. As opposed to the process taking the two weeks I was quoted, it actually took in excess of 4. In the interim, I was forced to complete an additional Visa Run, incurring additional expense. When my certificate was finally returned to the UAE the process was incomplete. I was then forced to pay an additional amount for the process to be completed. Innumerable phone calls and emails were unanswered
