Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Lack of Communication I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Vital Certificates. It took them over 10 weeks to complete the attestation for my two children’s U.S. birth certificates — an unreasonable delay given the urgency of the matter. Communication was minimal; I received no proactive updates unless I emailed or called to follow up myself. When the documents were finally ready, instead of simply scanning and emailing them so I could start the visa process, they said they would mail them, adding even more days to the delay. Because of their slow processing, I am already paying fines here in Dubai for my children staying without visas. When I specifically requested a scan of the documents, they refused unless I paid 75 AED plus VAT — despite already having paid over $800 USD for the attestation. These kinds of basic Western-style service charges simply do not fit in Dubai, where the expectation is a high level of customer care, efficiency, and added value without nickel-and-diming clients for every small request. It is not about the 75 AED — it is about the lack of urgency, poor communication, and absence of basic customer consideration for a service that should have been completed promptly and efficiently. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting reliable, timely, and customer-focused service.
