To secure their business they will confirm that what you are asking is what is satisfactory to continue your work permit process when in fact it’s totally insufficient. At a later stage a senior management person within the company will take over the case and provide a noncicle explanation blaming the applicant and then propose to perform the same service again at a reduced rate when you have already spent 500 UK pounds to have a document attested that you are told is sufficient to obtain your work permit..... there are many other companies providing the same service at a more reasonable rate.
