Zu aller erst finde ich es super das man hier kein Abo abschließen muss!!!
Die erste Woche war schon recht hart für mich da mein Körper wie auf Enzug war. Jetzt bin ich daran gewohnt und komme ganz gut klar. Die Rezepte sind in Ordnung. Man ist gut betreut und kann jederzeit nachfragen. Das finde ich toll! Die Shakes sind sehr lecker!
