I still have got no answer from the support team. I had problems with my BioChef Astro blender. 1. It arriwed with a dent - I wrote them immediately, still no answer; 2. Vacuum function does not work, shows a message like “End” on screen - I wrote them, 1215271 ticket number, on 20th of september, still no answer. I only ordered from Vitaly4Life, because I could not find other stores for this particular blender, despite a lot of bad rewievs I saw, I hoped for the best. Instead of writing an apology for my awful experience, please, Just open my case and offer support.
