I have been using the countertop water filter for about 10 years now. Customer service has always been great and replacement filters always arriving promptly. I move a lot for work and so the countertop filter has been amazing for constant relocations. The product has lasted really well with only needing to replace the housing once due to the high water pressure of the house we were currently at. I can definitely taste the purity of the water from the filter, as apposed to the chlorinated tap water. I highly recommend the Countertop filter, especially if you are someone who travels or relocates and likes to take the water filter with you. Just need tools to attach it.
